iPlayer & ITV hub intermittent issues [PARTIALLY SOLVED]

We are currently aware of an intermittent issue with both iPlayer & ITV hub. We are working on a permanent solution to fix these issues and we will update this post as soon as we have an update.

We are confident the issues can be resolved and we thank you for your patience whilst we deal with these issues. We will update again as soon as possible.

We believe the issues with iPlayer have been resolved but you will need to disconnect & reconnect the VPN.  If you are using a PC or Mac then very importantly you will also need to clear your browser cookies before then trying again. The issues with ITV hub have been partially solved, again if you are using a PC or Mac you will need to clear your browser cookies but there are still some intermittent issues arising with certain content not playing. We are continuing to work on this and again we thank you for your patience whilst we resolve the problem.
