My Account Login Issue [SOLVED]

We are aware of an issue thats preventing login to the My Account area at present and we are working on a fix. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but hope to have this fixed in the next hour. We thank you for your patience whilst we deal with the issue.

The issue has now been resolved. Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused and we thank you for your patience whilst we dealt with the problem.
What went wrong?
Whilst there was no major issue a certificate had expired when it should have automatically been renewed. This caused a communication error between the website and our database.
