Update: This issue was resolved on 19/02/25.
Original Issue: Due to an unforeseen hardware issue we have to take the VPN network offline today. The maintenance window should be within 2hrs if all goes to plan. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we thank you for your patience whilst we deal with the issue.
We will update this post again as soon as the maintenance is complete.
