Connection Issue [SOLVED]

We believe the connection issue has now been resolved and all PPTP & L2TP connections are all now working again. If you are still experiencing any conneciton issues please submit a ticket and we will gladly assist you further, otherwise again we thank you for your patience whilst we dealt with the problem and we apologise for any inconvenience caused in the mean time.

Original Issue:

We are aware of a current issue with the PPTP & L2TP connections. This is currently effecting all iPad/iPhone, Android, Windows, Mac and Chromebook users that use these connection methods. We are working on a fix for this and will resolve this ASAP. If you are effected by this issue please submit a ticket to let us know and we will update you as soon as it’s resolved. Otherwise you can check back here and we will update this post as soon as its resolved.
