Connection Issues [SOLVED]

Update:

We believe the issue causing a loss of internet connectivity after connecting to the VPN has now been resolved.   We will continue to monitor the network.  We thank you for your patience whilst we dealt with the problem. We are aware of connection issues at the present time. The fault is causing a loss of internet connectivity after connecting. We are working hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible. We will update this post again as soon as it’s fixed. We thank you for your patience whilst we deal with the problem.
