Update:
We believe all issues with ITVX, Ch4 & Ch5 have now been resolved. Please disconnect and reconnect to try again. If you are still experiencing any issues after doing this please submit a support ticket, let us know the device you are using and give an example of content that will not play. Otherwise we thank you for your patience whilst we dealt with the problem.
We are aware of issues with ITVX, Channel 4 and Channel 5 at present and we are working hard to fix the issues.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we appreciate your patience until we can issue a fix. We will update this post as soon as possible with an update.
