Amazon Fire TV
1. Depending on the version of Firestick/cube use Find or Search (magnifying glass icon to the top left of the main menu) on your FireTV device to search for WatchVPN. Select the WatchVPN app under Apps & Games. Select Get to download and Install.
2.Login to the WatchVPN App using your My Account login username & password to sync your subscription/s. 3. Connect to the UK connection for all the UK players or the US connection for US players. Once Connected tap the home button on your remote and you can then load up the UK or US player Apps on your FireTV device and enjoy!Problems finding or downloading the UK TV Apps?
If you do not already have the UK TV apps installed on your FireTV device and you are having problems finding them because your Amazon account is registered outside the UK you will need to temporarily switch your Amazon account region, expand the guide to do this below:
1. Using a web browser log on to your Amazon account.
2. Select Account & Lists/Your Account and in the drop down menu select Manage your content and devices.
3. Select the Preferences/Settings tab.
4. Expand the Country/regions section and click Change.
5. You then need to enter any valid UK address.If required you can generate a random UK address here >. The phone number can be your correct mobile number.
6. Click Update and you should then see your country/region setting as United Kingdom.
Now you can go to the UK Amazon website (https://www.amazon.co.uk) search for iPlayer, ITV hub, All4 and My5 in the main search bar and when you click on each app icon you will then have the option to Deliver them to your chosen device (choose the firestick in question if you have multiple Amazon devices). They should then automatically be added to your Firestick. Once that is the case go back into your Country/Region settings by repeating steps 1 – 6 but when you get to step 5 you can simply choose your usual address from the Saved addresses drop down and click Update.
Just remember each time you want to access the UK TV apps on your Firestick you must also be connected to the UK VPN (It should stay connected to the VPN conneciton you last chose).
