Connection Issues [SOLVED]

We are aware of a current conneciton issue effecting all users that are connecting via either an L2TP or PPTP connection. We are currently investigating this issue and will be issuing a fix to this problem as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused in the mean time. We will update this notification and any tickets created relating to this issue as soon as possible.
